The fastest way to reach a person is bricks2sets@nordicmythos.com. That address goes to the people who build Bricks2Sets, and it covers support, billing questions, privacy requests and complaints.
Automated messages come from no-reply@bricks2sets.com. Replies to that address are redirected to the support inbox above, so a reply will not be lost — but writing directly is faster.
How buying works
- Prices are shown on the pricing section of the home page and in the Terms of Service.
- You choose a plan, and you are taken to a secure checkout hosted by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as our merchant of record — Polar is the seller for the payment, handles VAT, and issues your receipt.
- Before you pay, Polar shows you the total including VAT. The contract is concluded when you confirm the payment.
- Your receipt is emailed to you. We keep a record of your subscription, but not of your card.
- The contract is concluded in English.
- We do not file a separate copy of your individual contract for you to retrieve later. The Terms of Service are permanently available on this site and can be saved or printed, and Polar's receipt records what you bought.
- If you notice a mistake before you confirm, you can go back and change it at any point in the checkout, or close it without paying.
